Williams presents at Hexagon conference
Hexagon Live 2025 was an event that took place June 16-19 in Las Vegas. Co-Line was invited to attend and present at the conference based on the amount of Hexagon software and Hexagon metrology tools that are used at Co-Line. Co-Line uses Hexagon nesting software (Radan-Radnest) on all of the flat lasers and (Radan-Radtube) on the Mazak tube lasers. 3D scanning arms are used in both the north and south quality labs as well as a Hexagon CMM (coordinate measuring machine) in the north quality lab. Denny Williams was chosen to attend and present at this high tech conference.
The Hexagon Live conference provided a great opportunity to network with other people in the manufacturing space that are committed to quality and staying on the cutting edge of manufacturing technology. Co-Line was also represented in the trade show portion of the conference with a Goalsetter basketball hoop that proved to be a big hit among the attendees. The presentation that Co-Line was asked to give showed how we use all of the Hexagon technology and metrology in day-to-day operations, but also specifically in the Goalsetter product line.
The presentation was 45 minutes long and there was a good amount of interest from the audience after the presentation. So much interest, the conversation continued with several of the attendees in the conference hall because there was another session right behind the Co-Line presentation.
During the conference, Denny met with "Metal Forming" magazine. This interview led to them visiting Co-Line to write a feature article. "Metal Forming" is a leading news source in the manufacturing space. Check out their website to see when the article comes out.
