Our competitive pay package is based on your performance. Wages are reviewed annually, at a minimum, but raises can happen throughout the year.

Paid time off starts at just 30 days. After one year, you'll start earning 16 days a year. As your time at Co-Line continues, so does your paid time off! PLUS, nine holidays.

SAFETY APPAREL

 Co-Line provides a $200 work apparel allowance each year as well as these reimbursements:

• Mandatory steel-toed boots, reimbursed $100 per year up to 3 years or $300.

• Safety glasses are provided free to employees. If prescription safety glasses are needed, Co-Line reimburses $100 per year up to 3 years or $300.

Robotic Integrator

Job Description: Co-Line is actively seeking a Robotic Integrator to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for the programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Fanuc robots. This includes, the programming of existing robotic equipment and systems for both welding and material handling. Assisting in the design and installation of additional robotic equipment and systems. Diagnosing and repairing robots, controllers, and end of arm tools. Additionally, this role would be responsible for training personnel on proper operational procedures. Previous Fanuc robot experience is required. Experience with PLC’s is preferred. Experience in welding is also preferred.  The Robotic Integrator is a full-time position located in rural Sully/Pella, IA.

Quality Technician

Job Description: Works directly with production and promotes quality assurance in all areas of manufacturing.  Ensures that quality standards are documented and comply with established customer requests.  Responsibilities include: Reading and comprehending part prints, performing shop floor quality check audits, developing and documenting standard operating procedures, evaluating process adherence, performing root cause analysis, part inspection and PPAP related tasks, and helping in part process development. Must have strong proficiency in print reading and Microsoft Excel.  Previous metal manufacturing experience of 3-5 years required.  This is a full-time position located in rural Sully/Pella, IA.

Powder Coat Applicator

Job Description:  Seeking a full-time, skilled and detail-oriented powder coat technician to join our growing team. Position will be responsible for using a spray powder coat gun system and applying powder per customer specifications. Position will perform quality control inspections as well as assist in color changes, cleaning and upkeep of powder booths and work area.  A minimum of 1-3 years of previous powder coat experience preferred. Paint & Powder Coat Line Operator

Job Description:  Due to continued growth in our finishing department, Co-Line is looking to add additional line operators to our team. Operators are responsible for safely loading and unloading the powder line. Ability to read and understand blue prints to identify parts is preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Performs quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction. The ability to maintain and keep work area safe and organized while optimizing line density is required. Packager/Powder Prep

Job Description: This fast pace, team-oriented position rotates in various roles in our state-of-the-art finishing department. Candidate must be able to hang products for paint or powder. Tool & Die Maker

Job Description: Responsible for building and maintaining tooling, jigs and fixtures in order to produce quality metal parts to customer specifications. General machine tool knowledge of drills, lathes, grinders, milling machines is required. 1-2 years tool & die making experience is preferred. Successful team member will be detail-oriented, able to work individually as well as with co-workers to diagnose and problem solve. Prefer applicable stamping experience.
