Montezuma High School teachers chose to use one of their teacher development days to come to Co-Line and learn more about the careers that are available in manufacturing. Peyton Minner is a recent success story from Montezuma. His school teachers worked with Co-Line so that he could work part-time at Co-Line while completing high school. After graduating a semester early, Peyton came to Co-Line full-time at the beginning of 2025.
