With the new year comes a fresh start in the Co-Line Wellness Program. Didn’t participate last year? Consider getting involved in 2016 with added incentives and new challenges. Plus, in order for the wellness program to continue, at least 50 percent of Co-Liners must participate this year.
The new nutrition and exercise challenges are listed below. Like last year, completed monthly challenges will be rewarded with $10 for each month. New this year, if all three months in a quarter are completed, an additional $20 will be rewarded (for a total of $50 per quarter). Monthly and quarterly challenges can be awarded to both employee and spouse.
One big addition to the wellness program this year is employees are eligible for two months of FREE membership to the Diamond Trail Fitness Center, plus a 20 percent corporate discount on continued membership. Please see Linda R. to get signed up.
