Since 1979, Co-Line Welding, Inc.
has provided unparalleled quality and service to customers through
efficient and innovative manufacturing processes. The family-owned
business has successfully evolved from a small 1,000 square-foot
building to a state-of-the art, 180,000 square-foot facilities that
house metal stamping, tool & die, metal fabrication, laser
cutting, and robotic and manual welding. The dedicated members
at Team Co-Line include
over 120 employees who provide services for Fortune 500 companies
such as Daimler Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, General Motors,
Kawasaki, Vermeer Mfg, Pella Corporation and many more. Co-Line
is committed to excellence and continually strives to exceed the
expectations of customers and industry standards.
Co-Line's early years
of business involved building livestock equipment and repairing
farm equipment. The growing livestock equipment business stimulated
the development of Sure-Latch product line in 1988. Today, the
Sure-Latch line features eight durable and easy-to-use products
that are used on residential, commercial, and livestock gates
worldwide. Having a difficult time finding a company to stamp
metal components for the gate-latch, Co-Line bought it's first
stamping presses in early 1990. This introduced the company into
the metal stamping arena. Today, Co-Line
has 14 stamping presses ranging from 800 ton to 60 ton and a full-service
Tool & Die Department that makes Co-Line a one-stop shop for
all stamping needs. For the short-run, one-of-a-kind production
needs, Co-Line's 3D, 6-axis Laser Cutting Machines provide a cost-effective
solution.
In 1991, Co-Line produced one of
the first height-adjustable goals and partnered with Goalsetter
Systems, Inc. For 15 years, Co-Line manufactured the basketball
goals and partnered with Goalsetter Systems as they redefined
home court basketball with premium basketball goals designed to
enhance performance and durability. Co-Line purchased Goalsetter
Systems in 2006 and continues to provide a quality basketball
goal for the residential and institutional markets.
2006 marked a pivotal point in Co-Line's
history. In addition to the purchase of Goalsetter Systems, Co-Line
began producing 20-round and 30-round gun clips for the M16 rifle
for the Department of Defense as well as the civilian market.
Co-Line implements cellular-based
manufacturing principles and theory of constraints principles
to provide efficiency and accuracy to compete globally. The employees
at Co-Line continually look for methods to improve metal fabrication
processes to accommodate industry standards and meet and exceed
the customer's needs.
In Co-Line's 27-year history, the
buildings, processes, and machinery have continually changed but
the heart and soul of the successful company has always remained
constant - the commitment to quality and excellence. Co-Line's
ISO 9001:2000 certification reflects that commitment to quality
and excellence. Co-Line takes pride in having highly-trained employees
and the latest production equipment in top operational condition.
The dedication and expertise of every employee at Co-Line is used
for continual improvement in the competitive manufacturing industry
and moving forward in the world class journey of the passionate
pursuit of excellence.
